基于数据挖掘分析针灸治疗创伤性脑损伤后意识障碍选穴规律
Analysis on Acupoint Selection Law for Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment of Disturbance of Consciousness after Traumatic Brain Injury

Abstract
Objective To analyze acupoint selection law for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of disturbance of consciousness(DOC)after traumatic brain injury(TBI)using data mining technique.Methods Research literature about acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of DOC after TBI was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Web of Science and Embase from the establishment of the databases to January 24,2024.Descriptive analysis on high-frequency acupoints,meridians,distribution areas and specific points was conducted.The Apriori algorithm in SPSS Modeler 18.0 was utilized for association rule analysis.Cytoscape 3.9.1 was employed to create a co-occurrence network graph of high-frequency acupoints.Clustering analysis of high-frequency acupoints was conducted using SPSS Statistics 27.0.1.Results A total of 72 articles were included,involving 75 acupoints with a total frequency of 527 times.The top five acupoints with the highest frequency were Shuigou,Neiguan,Baihui,Sanyinjiao and Yongquan.The primary meridians were the Governor vessel and pericardial meridian.Acupoints located in the head and neck region had the highest frequency.The most frequently used specific points were the Five Shu Points,followed by the Confluence Points.Association rule analysis revealed that the highest support was for the combination of Neiguan→Shuigou,followed by Sanyinjiao→Neiguan and Sanyinjiao→Shuigou.Clustering analysis indicated that high-frequency acupoints could be divided into five effective clusters.Conclusion The commonly used acupoints for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of DOC after TBI are Shuigou,Neiguan and Baihui,and the core prescription is Shuigou-Neiguan-Sanyinjiao.关键词
