Abstract
Objective To analyze the characteristics and medication law of fumigation method for treating pediatric exogenous fever based on data mining.Methods Clinical literature related to the treatment of pediatric exogenous fever by fumigation method was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP from the establishment of the databases to January 11,2024.A database was created with WPS 11.1.0.12763.The frequency,efficacy,properties,tastes and meridians of Chinese materia medica were summarized,and the method,location,temperature,time and frequency of Chinese materia medica fumigation were also concluded.Association rule analysis and cluster analysis of high-frequency Chinese material medical were performed with the help of SPSS Statistics 25.0,SPSS Modeler 18.0.Results Totally 98 articles were included,involving 84 kinds of Chinese materia medica.High-frequency Chinese materia medica included Schizonepetae Herba,Bupleuri Radix,Artemisiae Argyi Folium,Menthae Haplocalycis Herba and Perillae Folium.The medication category was mainly based on exterior-releasing drugs,and the property and taste were mainly pungent and warm,mostly belonging to the lung and liver meridians.The core medicinal pairs were Schizonepetae Herba-Artemisiae Argyi Folium and Bupleuri Radix-Menthae Haplocalycis Herba.Cluster analysis could be divided into three categories.The main method of fumigation was soaking,and the fumigation areas were mainly on the feet,whole body and back.The main fumigation temperature was 37-42℃,t he main fumigation time was 15-20 min,and the fumigation frequency was mostly twice a day.Conclusion The fumigation method for treating pediatric exogenous fever is mainly on sweating and detoxification,clearing heat and detoxification.Clinically,Chinese materia medica such as Schizonepetae Herba,Bupleuri Radix,Artemisiae Argyi Folium,Menthae Haplocalycis Herba and Perillae Folium can be used.The method of fumigation can be recommended of heating the liquid to 37-42℃and soaking the foot or whole body for 15-20 min,twice a day.关键词
