参芪补肺汤辨证加减对非小细胞肺癌术后慢性咳嗽患者临床症状及预后的影响
Effect of Dialectical Addition and Subtraction of Shenqi Bufei Decoction on the Clinical Symptoms and Prognosis of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Patients with Postoperative Chronic Cough

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of dialectical addition and subtraction of Shenqi Bufei Decoction on the clinical symptoms and prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients with postoperative chronic cough.Methods A total of 86 NSCLC patients with postoperative chronic cough admitted in Suining Central Hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and observation group using a random number table,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were given compound methoxyphenamine capsules,and those in the observation group were additionally given dialectical addition and subtraction of Shenqi Bufei Decoction.Clinical efficacy,lung function indicators(peak expiratory flow[PEF],forced expiratory volume in the first second[FEV1],forced vital capacity[FVC]),traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,and the quality of life(Leicester Cough Questionnaire in Mandarin Chinese[LCQ-MC]scores)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The recurrence rate of the two groups was compared after 1 month of follow-up.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(93.02%vs.76.74%,P<0.05).After the treatment,the PEF,FEV1,FVC,and LCQ-MC scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,while the TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group after one month of follow-up was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The dialectical addition and subtraction of Shenqi Bufei Decoction elevates clinical efficacy,alleviates clinical symptoms,improves lung function and quality of life,and reduces recurrence rate in NSCLC patients with postoperative chronic cough,with a good short-term prognosis.关键词
