摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with Yiqi Fuzheng Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients with dysphagia(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).Methods A total of 120 cerebral infarction patients with dysphagia(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University from January 2021 to October 2023 were prospectively selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and combination group by random number table method,with 60 cases per group.Patients in the control group were treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture,and those in the combination group were treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with Yiqi Fuzheng Huoxue Decoction.The efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,dysphagia improvement,hemorheology,nerve function and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The curative effect of combination group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of main syndrome,secondary syndrome,water-swallowing test(WST)score and the Standardized Swallowing Assessment(SSA)score all significantly decreased in both groups,which were significantly lower in the combination group than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,erythrocyte aggregation index,matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP-9)levels and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores in both groups significantly decreased,which were significantly lower in the combination group than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in both groups significantly increased,which were significantly higher in the combination group than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For cerebral infarction patients with dysphagia(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with Yiqi Fuzheng Huoxue Decoction can effectively improve dysphagia,reduce blood viscosity and nerve damage,and improve therapeutic effect,with a good therapeutic safety.关键词
