基于CiteSpace的沙参麦冬汤研究文献可视化分析
Visualization Analysis on Research Literature about Shashen Maidong Decoction Based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective To analyze the research hotspots and trends of Shashen Maidong Decoction based on CiteSpace.Methods The literature about Shashen Maidong Decoction was retrieved from CNKI from January 1,2000 to September 23,2023.CiteSpace software was used to perform correlation or clustering analysis on publication trends,authors,institutions and keywords,and visualization maps were drawn.Results A total of 523 articles were included.The overall annual publication volume showed an upward trend followed by a downward trend.The scholars who have published the most articles were Si Chunfu and Liu Deyi,among whom Liu Deyi's team cooperation was relatively tight.Among the cooperation institutions,Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine had the largest publication output.High-frequency keywords included"chemotherapy","lung cancer","immune function","cough","adverse reactions"and"efficacy",forming 10 clusters.In the past five years,the prominent keywords have mainly been"adverse reactions","cisplatin","quality of life","chronic obstructive pulmonary disease"and qi-yin deficiency.The research hotspots focus in this field has been mainly on integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine to treat lung cancer and observing pharmacological effects using animal models.Conclusion Shashen Maidong Decoction is mainly used in the treatment of qi-yin syndrome and reducing the adverse reactions for lung cancer treatment.Modern detection technology and clinical application expansion are the future research trends in this field,with great research and development space,which should be delved deeper and expanded the scope of clinical applications.关键词
