摘要
Abstract
Primary bone tumor refers to the tumor originated from bone tissue,and the common primary bone tumors include osteosarcoma,chondrosarcoma,osteoblastoma and so on.Among them,malignant tumors account for a high proportion,and characterized as rapid onset,poor prognosis and high mortality.This review described latest research progress of the single component of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of bone destruction caused by primary bone tumors,including tanshinone,panax notoginseng saponins,Astragalus polysaccharides,Astragaloside IV,triptolide,paclitaxel,curcumin,resveratrol,matrine,angelicin,and naringenin,aiming to provide references for clinical treatment and drug development.关键词
