Discussion on Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Fengfei Based on the Theory of"Kidney similar to An official with Great Power and Responsible for Skills"
摘要
Abstract
The disease of Fengfei is located in the brain and is a chronic debilitating disease characterized by symptoms of motor dysfunction.Based on the theory of"kidney similar to an official with great power and responsible for skills"in TCM ancient books,this article explored Professor Gao Ying's use of warming yang and transforming qi to treat ataxia;nourishing qi and warming yang can be used to treat multiple system atrophy mainly characterized by autonomic nervous system symptoms;nourishing yin and extinguishing wind can be used to treat multiple system atrophy mainly characterized by Parkinson's syndrome like symptoms;yin-yang dual supplementation can be used to treat multiple system atrophy mainly characterized by cerebellar ataxia symptoms.To treat Fengfei,it is necessary to focus on the traditional Chinese and Western medicine,pay attention to the patients'syndrome,think externally and internally,take analogies,under the guidance of analogical thinking,analyze the pathogenesis from a holistic perspective,adhere to the pathogenesis,distinguish yin and yang,and give early treatment with TCM to improve quality of life,delay disease progression,and prolong survival.关键词
