基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer的中医药防治急性肺损伤研究文献可视化分析
Visualization Analysis on Research Literature about TCM Prevention and Treatment of Acute Lung Injury Based on CiteSpace and VOSviewer

Abstract
Objective To analyze the research literature about TCM prevention and treatment for acute lung injury in the past years;To explore the research hotspot,research status and development trend in this field.Methods The Chinese and English literature about TCM prevention and treatment for acute lung injury was retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and Web of Science from establishment of the databases to August 1,2024.CiteSpace 6.1.R2 and VOSviewer 1.6.17 were used to draw author,institution,keyword co-occurrence network,keyword clustering and time line knowledge graph,and detect emergent keywords.Results A total of 2 116 Chinese articles and 169 English articles were included,and the annual number of publications showed an overall increasing trend.Research teams with Cai Wanru,Liu Enshun and Xie Pei as the cores have been formed in the field.The high-frequency keywords in Chinese and English included"lung injury","lipopolysaccharide"and"nuclear factor",etc.The research focused on inflammatory response,oxidative stress,cytokines,signaling pathways,molecular proteins,network pharmacology and other fields.Conclusion In recent years,the research on TCM prevention and treatment for acute lung injury has been increasing,but the core group of authors has not yet formed,and the authors and institutions mainly cooperate within the local region,but the cross-regional cooperation is insufficient;molecular biology,such as inflammation and oxidative stress,plays an important role in the TCM prevention and treatment of acute lung injury,and the molecular mechanism and signaling pathway of Chinese materia medica will become a research hotspot in the future.关键词
