Abstract
With the increasing trend of global crude oil deterioration and the improvement of domestic environmental protection requirements,traditional electric desalination wastewater treatment methods cannot meet the requirements of demulsification.This paper applies the characteristics of Combined Fibers Coalescer(CFC)to the wastewater treatment industry,and combines cyclone separation technology,particle aggregation technology,and CFC demulsification technology to treat electric desalination wastewater in a three-stage device.After determining whether the rated flow treatment effect is qualified,a long-term testing experiment with a flow rate of 90 m3/h was conducted.Through running data,it can be concluded that the tertiary equipment can adapt to the environmental characteristics of high oil content and impurities in electric desalination wastewater;this process can reduce the average oil content from 15 136 mg/L to 43.3 mg/L and the average Suspended Substance(SS)content from 1 345.8 mg/L to 41.8 mg/L,with average separation efficiencies of 99.67%and 96.64%,respectively.In addition,the device has good backwashing effect,can be put into use for a long time,and the effect is stable.The three-stage oil removal process and equipment with composite fiber demulsification technology as the core have broad development prospects and are a new direction for solving the problem of electric desalination wastewater treatment.关键词
