结核特异性白细胞介素2联合预后营养指数对老年肺结核患者治疗转归的评估价值
Evaluation Value of Tuberculosis-Specific Interleukin-2 Combined with Prognostic Nutrition Index in Treatment Outcomes of Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of tuberculosis-specific interleukin-2(IL-2)combined with the prognostic nutrition index(PNI)in the treatment outcomes of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods From January 2023 to Sep-tember 2024,186 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis(tuberculosis group)admitted to Lianyungang Fourth People's Hospital and 61 healthy individuals(control group)undergoing physical examinations were selected as the study subjects.All patients with pulmonary tuberculosis received anti-tuberculosis therapy.Serum tuberculosis-specific IL-2 levels were detected,and PNI was calculated before treatment.After treatment,patients were divided into the outcome group(n=126)and the non-outcome group(n=60)based on the control of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.The predictive value of tuberculosis-specific IL-2 and PNI for the outcome of anti-tuberculosis treatment was analyzed.Results The serum tuberculosis-specific IL-2 level in the tuberculosis group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the PNI was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum tuberculosis-specific IL-2 level in the non-outcome group was higher than that in the outcome group(P<0.05),and the PNI was lower than that in the outcome group(P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)for predicting the outcome of anti-tu-berculosis treatment using tuberculosis-specific IL-2 and PNI combined was 0.883,which was higher than the AUCs predicted by tuberculosis-specific IL-2(0.793)and PNI(0.801)alone(P<0.05).Conclusion Increased serum tuberculosis-specific IL-2 levels and decreased PNI in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis are associated with poor treatment outcomes.The combination of tuberculosis-specific IL-2 and PNI has high predictive value for the outcome of anti-tuberculosis treatment.关键词
