Abstract
To address the issue of nitrogen oxide emissions from industrial enterprises such as thermal power plants and cement plants,Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR)technology is adopted for exhaust gas denitrification treatment.Study the influence of different catalyst types,reaction temperatures,space velocities,and other process parameters on denitrification efficiency through experiments.Research has shown that moisture and SO2 have a certain impact on catalyst activity,but stable operation can be achieved through process optimization;through optimized temperature regulation strategy,the fluctuation range of denitrification efficiency is controlled within±3%,and the system utilization rate reaches 97%.All technical indicators meet environmental protection requirements.SCR technology has demonstrated excellent denitrification efficiency and cost-effectiveness in industrial applications.关键词
