血清miR-184、miR-630在年龄相关性白内障患者中的表达及与氧化应激指标的关系
Expression of Serum miR-184 and miR-630 in Patients with Age-Related Cataracts and Their Relationship with Oxidative Stress Indicators

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression levels of serum miR-184 and miR-630 in patients with age-related cataract(ARC)and analyze their relationship with indicators of oxidative stress.Methods A total of 153 ARC patients who were treated in Xi'an People's Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were retrospectively collected as the ARC group,and 147 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The relative expression of serum miR-184 and miR-630 and the levels of oxidative stress indicators were compared between the two groups,and Pearson correlation analysis was used to assess the correlation between serum miR-184 and miR-630 levels and oxidative stress markers;and the ROC curves were plotted to evaluate the diagnostic value of these markers for ARC.Results The relative expression of serum miR-184 and miR-630 in the ARC group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of SOD and GSH in the ARC group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of MDA and NO were higher with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Pearson correlation Results showed that the expression of serum miR-184 and miR-630 was positively correlated with each other(P<0.05);the expression of serum miR-184 and miR-630 were positively correlated with the levels of SOD and GSH,and negatively correlated with the levels of MDA and NO(P<0.05).The AUC(95%CI),sensitivity,and specificity of the combined diagnosis of ARC by serum miR-184 and miR-630 were 0.874(0.779-0.969),92.50%,and 90.71%,respectively,which were higher than those of serum miR-184 and miR-630 alone(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of serum miR-184 and miR-630 in ARC patients is significantly decreased,and are positively correlated with oxidative stress indicators.The combined detection of serum miR-184 and miR-630 has high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of ARC,and may provide new ideas and Methods for the diagnosis of ARC.关键词
