基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer的小青龙汤研究文献可视化分析
Visualization Analysis on Research Literature about Xiaoqinglong Decoction Based on CiteSpace and VOSviewer

Abstract
Objective To conduct a visualization analysis on research literature about Xiaoqinglong Decoction;To understand the research status,hotspots,and development trends in this field.Methods Research literature about Xiaoqinglong Decoction was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP databases from the establishment of the databases to December 31,2023.CiteSpace 6.2.R7 and VOSviewer 1.6.19 software were utilized for visualization analysis,generating author,institutional,and keyword network maps.Results A total of 1 955 articles were included,showing a fluctuating upward trend in publication volume.The most prolific author was He Liqing(15 articles).Key research institutions included Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,demonstrating cross-regional collaborations.High-frequency keywords were"bronchial asthma","clinical efficacy",and"modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction".Keyword clustering formed 11 categories,with 20 burst terms detected.Recent three-year research hotspots encompassed network pharmacology,inflammatory factors,and mechanism.Conclusion Current research on Xiaoqinglong Decoction features small-scale author teams with limited interdisciplinary collaboration.In terms of diseases,the research hotspot is the clinical efficacy of Xiaoqinglong Decoction in treating bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis.In terms of therapies,diversified combination therapy may become a future research direction.In addition,exploring the mechanisms of inflammatory factors,immune function,and other factors using new technologies may become a future research trend.关键词
