Abstract
This study focuses on the field of ecological environment monitoring and explores in depth the application of ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry for the determination of total phosphorus.Elaborate on the principle,experimental materials and steps,data processing flow of this method,and comprehensively evaluate its performance through optimization of the digestion process,drawing of standard curves,verification of accuracy and precision,and comparative experiments.Practical applications have shown that this method has demonstrated good results in monitoring water bodies in different environments,providing strong support for accurate determination of total phosphorus in ecological environment monitoring and assisting in water resource protection and pollution control decisions.关键词
