Abstract
Taking the southern tea gardens in Shuicheng district,Liupanshui city as the research area,Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS)is used to determine the content of beneficial trace elements Co,Cu,Mn,Mo,Ni,and Zn in the topsoil and tea tender leaf samples of the tea gardens, and the distribution of each element in the topsoil and tea leaves of the tea gardens,as well as the enrichment characteristics in the topsoil-tea system, are analyzed.Research has shown that the contents of Co,Cu,Mn,Mo,Ni,and Zn in topsoil are 6.694±2.589,87.806±40.138,185.543±158.154,7.420±4.190,32.395±8.723,52.503±22.500 mg/kg,respectively,and the contents of Co,Cu,Mn,Mo,Ni,and Zn in tea are 0.255±0.228,12.814±0.961,494.800±308.875,0.025±0.016,10.781±5.061,29.456±9.352 mg/kg,respectively.The results show that in the topsoil-tea system, the Mn enrichment coefficient is greater than 1,indicating the strongest enrichment ability, while the Zn,Ni,and Cu enrichment abilities are average, and the Mo and Co enrichment abilities are the weakest. The order of enrichment coefficients for beneficial trace elements in tea in the research area is Mn>Zn>Ni>Cu>Co>Mo.The research results can provide a scientific theoretical basis for improving the quality of tea in tea gardens in Shuicheng district,Liupanshui city.关键词
