摘要
Abstract
Idiopathic membranous nephropathy is an immune-mediated nephropathy.Its pathological characteristic is the deposition of immune complexes beneath the glomerulus,leading to abnormal thickening and functional impairment of the glomerular basement membrane.The theory of incubative pathogenic factors is an important concept in TCM,which refers to the potential causes or pathogenic factors in the body that suddenly attack or worsen the disease under certain conditions.Based on the theory of incubative pathogenic factors in TCM,this article explored the correlation between deficiency,phlegm,stasis and the pathogenesis and treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy,which could provide insights for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy in TCM and a certain reference value for clinical research on idiopathic.关键词
