基于血浆代谢组学的锦红汤治疗脓毒症作用机制研究
Mechanism of Jinhong Decoction(锦红汤)in Treating Sepsis Based on Plasma Metabolomics

Abstract
Objective:To observe the differential plasma metabolites in sepsis patients treated with Jinhong decoction(锦红汤)through metabolo-mics and explore the potential metabolic pathways involved.Methods:40 sepsis patients were enrolled and randomly divided into a control group(n=20)and an experimental group(n=20).The experimental group received Jinhong decoction combined with conventional West-ern medical treatment,while the control group received only conventional Western medical treatment.After 14 days of treatment,plasma sam-ples were analyzed using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)to identify differential metabolites.Metabolites with VIP>1 and P<0.05 were subjected to KEGG pathway enrichment analysis to identify the relevant metabolic pathways.Results:A total of 50 differential metabolites were identified.Among them,28 metabolites were upregulated,including biliverdin,L-tryptophan,acetyl phosphate,5'-methylthio-adenosine,pantothenol,taurine,and L-phenylalanine.Additionally,22 metabolites,including trehalose 6-phosphate,indole-3-acetate,thymi-dine,phenylacetylglutamine,D-mannose,arachidonic acid,and succinate,were downregulated,showing statistical significance(VIP>1,P<0.05).KEGG pathway analysis revealed that the differential metabolites were enriched in the cancer center carbon metabolism pathway,and the taurine and hypotaurine metabolism pathway(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jinhong decoction may regulate energy metabolism and amino acid metabolism in sepsis patients,exerting anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,and immune-regulating effects,thereby influencing the prognosis of sep-sis patients.关键词
