董克芳治疗膝关节滑膜炎经验
Dong Kefang's Experience in the Treatment of Knee Joint Synovitis
摘要
Abstract
Knee joint synovitis is a common disease in orthopedic clinic.Professor Dong Kefang believes that this disease is often caused by deficiency of liver,spleen and kidney,invasion of wind,cold,dampness and heat pathogens,or external injuries and strains.It belongs to the category of deficiency in root and excess in superficiality,with phlegm retention and blood stasis as its pathological products.Professor Dong divides it into two stages and four types.In the acute attack,the symptoms are mainly treated,and the syndrome types were divided into cold-damp obstruction type and damp-heat blocking collateral type;the chronic remission stage is mainly to cure the root cause and treat both the symptoms and the root causes,and the syndrome types are phlegm and blood stasis type and liver,spleen and kidney deficiency type.The treatment follows the rule of staging treatment,internal and external treatment,dynamic and static combination,with appropriate exercise,and the clinical effect is obvious.One medical case was attached as evidence.关键词
