摘要

Abstract

Objective:With the improvement of quality of life,the onset of metabolic syndrome is becoming more and more common,which seriously affects people's life and health.Through in-depth analysis and investigation of this disease,this study aimed to provide some references for clinical diagnosis and treatment and facilitate the research on clinical prevention and treatment.Methods:This paper analyzed the clinical consistency of the corresponding animal models and summarized their modeling methods and model characteristics based on the clinical diag-nostic criteria of traditional Chinese and western medicine for metabolic syndrome.Results:The main existing animal models are diet-induced models,diet combined with drug-induced models,and genetic models.Among these animal models,the diet combined with drug-induced ani-mal models are closer to human pathogenesis and widely used,with the highest clinical consistency.Conclusion:The above-mentioned model-ing methods are mostly based on western medicine etiology and pathogenesis,and there are fewer models related to syndrome in TCM.In fu-ture research,more animal models related to syndrome in TCM should be actively developed,so that animal models can be closer to clinical practice to promote in-depth research and provide a theoretical basis for clinical TCM treatment.
