Effects of 8MfxRfb(Rft)PaZE Combined with Mycobacterium Vaccae on Inflammatory Factors and Immune Function in the First Retreatment Bacterial Positive Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients with Diabetes

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of 8MfxRfb(Rft)PaZE combined with Mycobacterium vaccae on inflammatory factors and immune function in the first retreatment bacterial positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes.Methods Fifty patients with first retreatment bacterial positive pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes admitted to Hebei Chest Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomized 1:1 to receive 8MfxRfb(Rft)PaZE combined with Mycobacterium vaccae(the intervention group)or 2HREZ/6HRE(the control group).The inflammatory factors and T lymphocyte subsets,sputum negative conversion rate,outcome,adverse reactions,recurrence after 1-year follow-up were compared.Results Afte treatment,the levels of CRP,TNF-α,and PCT in the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IgA,IgG,IgM,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+in the intervention group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The negative conversion rate of sputum smear and sputum culture,and successful rate of conversion in the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion 8MfxRfb(Rft)PaZE combined with Mycobacterium vaccae antituberculosis program can improve the immune function of the first retreatment positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes,reduce inflammatory reaction,improve the success rate of prognosis,reduce recurrence,which has good clinical efficacy.关键词
