陈氏通补汤加减治疗肝肾不足型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效
The Therapeutic Effect of Modified Chen's Tongbu Decoction on Lumbar Disc Herniation of Liver and Kidney Deficiency Type

Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of modified Chen's Tongbu decoction on lumbar disc herni-ation of liver and kidney deficiency type.Methods A total of 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation of liver and kidney defi-ciency type treated at Beijing Luhe Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from November 2021 to November 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with modified Chen's Tongbu decoction in addition to conventional Western medicine.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,pain level,symptom relief,lumbar func-tion,and incidence of adverse reactions were evaluated in both groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores,visual analog scale scores,and Os-westry Disability Index(ODI)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The lumbar range of motion,including flexion,extension,and rotation angles,in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Chen's Tongbu decoction has a good therapeutic effect on lumbar disc herniation of liver and kidney deficiency type.It can alleviate pain,restore normal lumbar function,and demonstrate a high level of treatment safety.关键词
