CT引导下亚甲蓝联合医用胶在肺小结节术前定位的临床应用
Clinical application of CT-guided methylene blue combined with medical glue in preoperative localization for small pulmonary nodules
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of CT-guided methylene blue combined with medical glue localization technology for both single and multiple small pulmonary nodules.Methods The clinical data of 270 patients with small pulmonary nodules(a total of 308 nodules),who underwent preoperative localization were retrospectively analyzed in Affiliated Jiangning Hospital of Nanjing Medical University between July 2021 and April 2023.The following parameters were recorded:nodule diameter,lesion depth,localization duration,number of pleural punctures and postprocedural complications(intrapulmonary hemorrhage and pneumothorax).All cases underwent video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS)after localization.Results The mean diameter of nodules,mean depth and time required for localization were(9.34±3.67)mm,(9.89±8.11)mm,(14.46±7.05)min,respectively.The incidence rates of intrapulmonary hemorrhageand pneumothorax were 25.18%(68/270),11.85%(32/270),respectively.All lesions were successfully resected with VATS at(19.64±2.94)h after localization,and no serious complications occurred.Conclusions CT-guided methylene blue combined with medical glue localization technology for small pulmonary nodules is convenient to operate and has high safety,which can accurately mark small pulmonary nodules and provide reliable technical support for the preoperative localization of single and multiple small pulmonary nodules.关键词
