Discussion on the Treatment of Osteoporosis from the Perspective of Seeking Yang within Yin and Yin within Yang Based on the Theory of Mutual Assistance between Yin and Yang
摘要
Abstract
The onset time and severity of osteoporosis are closely related to the rate of human aging,and the process of"growth,strength,aging and death"of the human body depends on the changes of kidney yin and yang.When the kidney yin and yang are abundant,bone metabolism is normal;when the kidney yin and yang are deficient,bone metabolism is imbalanced,and osteoporosis develops over time.Based on the theory of mutual root and mutual use of yin and yang,the Ming Dynasty physician Zhang Jingyue proposed the concept of"mutual assistance of yin and yang"to tonify the kidney yin and yang,which has had a profound influence on later generations.This article,based on the concept of mutual assistance of yin and yang,clarified the basic pathogenesis of osteoporosis from the perspective of deficiency of kidney yin and yang,and explored the modern scientific connotations of treating osteoporosis with Zuo Gui Pills and You Gui Pills by tonifying kidney yin and yang,with the aim of providing a reference for the clinical treatment of osteoporosis through the dual supplementation of yin and yang.关键词
