中药热奄包联合红外治疗仪在踝关节损伤患者中的应用
Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot Compress Combined with Infrared Therapeutic Apparatus in Patients with Ankle Joint Injury

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with infrared therapeutic apparatus in patients with ankle joint injury.Methods 100 patients with ankle joint injuries admitted to Cangzhou People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected.Patients were randomly divided into a con-trol group and an observation group based on comparable baseline data,with 50 patients in each group using a random number table method.The control group received infrared therapeutic apparatus,while the observation group received a combination of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pain level[Visual Analog Scale(VAS)],swelling degree,ankle joint function[American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society Ankle and Hindfoot Function Score(AOFAS-AHS)],and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups showed a decrease in VAS scores and ankle circumference(P<0.05),while AOFAS-AHS scores increased in both groups(P<0.05).Additionally,the VAS scores and ankle circumference in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while AO-FAS-AHS scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in the inci-dence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress and infrared therapeutic apparatus can improve the clinical treatment effect of ankle joint injury patients,relieve joint pain and swelling,promote ankle joint function recovery,and demonstrate a certain degree of safety.关键词
