川芎嗪在阿尔茨海默病中的神经保护作用机制研究进展
Research Progress in Neuroprotective Mechanisms of Tetramethylpyrazine in Alzheimer's Disease
摘要
Abstract
Tetramethylpyrazine(TMP),an active compound extracted from the Chinese herbal medicine CHUANXIONG RHIZOMA,has been widely used in clinical practice for treating ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases for decades.TMP possesses multiple phar-macological activities,including reducing inflammation and oxidative stress,thrombolysis,and so on to protect nerve.TMP exerts the neuro-protective effect in the animal model of Alzheimer's disease(AD)by inhibiting neuroinflammation,the phosphorylation of tau,the formation of tangles,and the tendency of Aβ to form deposits.Furthermore,TMP can inhibit oxidative stress and apoptosis in AD.The present study aims to review the recent progress in the prevention of AD by TMP and relative compounds and the underlying mechanisms.关键词
