加味逍遥颗粒联合帕罗西汀治疗围绝经期情绪障碍的疗效及对血清5-HT、DA、NE水平的影响
Efficacy of Jiawei Xiaoyao Granules Combined with Paroxetine in the Treatment of Perimenopausal Emotional Disorder and Its Effect on Serum 5-HT,DA and NE Levels

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Xiaoyao Granules combined with paroxetine in the treatment of perimenopausal emotional disorders.Methods A total of 101 patients with perimenopausal emotional disorders were randomly divided into the control group(n=50)and the study group(n=51).The patients in the control group received paroxetine treatment,while those in the study group were given a combination of paroxetine and Jiawei Xiaoyao Granules.The clinical efficacy,hormone indexes,monoamine neurotransmitter indexes,and clinical symptom scores of the two groups were compared,and the adverse reactions during treatment in both groups were recorded.Results The clinical efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,estradiol levels increased in both groups,and they were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05);levels of luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimu-lating hormone decreased in both groups after 8 weeks of treatment,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine dopamine,and norepinephrine increased in both groups,and the levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treat-ment,the scores of the Hamilton Depression Scale and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale decreased in both groups,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Jiawei Xiaoyao Granules and paroxetine in the treatment of perimenopausal emotional disorders can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,demonstrate remarkable efficacy,.effectively improve the levels of hormone indicators and monoamine neurotransmitter indicators,and avoid increase the inci-dence of adverse reactions,thus having a high clinical application value.关键词
