Abstract
Objective To analyze the relationship between serum neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and uric acid(UA)in male officers and soldiers under 29 years old,so as to provide a theoretical basis for ensuring the health of officers and soldiers. Methods A total of 124 cases of male officers and soldiers younger than 29 years who underwent physical examination and diagnosis and treatment in the Xinxingqiao Clinic,Jingnan Medical District,PLA General Hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were prospectively selected as the research subjects.According to the diagnosis Results of hyperuricemia(HUA),the research subjects were divided into the HUA group(n=28)and non-HUA group(n=96).General information, total white blood cells(WBC),total red blood cells(RBC),hemoglobin concentration(HGB),NLR,UA,albumin(ALB),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),serum creatinine(Cr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)were compared between the two groups.Pearson correlation was adopted to analyze the correlation of laboratory testing indicators with UA in patients of the HUA group.Influencing factors for HUA were analyzed based on the multivariate logistic regression. Results There were no significant differences in the WBC,ALB,AST,ALT and BUN levels between the HUA group and non-HUA group(P>0.05).The levels of RBC,Hgb,UA,NLR,and Cr in the HUA group were higher than those in the non-HUA group(P<0.05).UA of patients in the HUA group was positively correlated with the levels of RBC,Hgb,NLR and Cr(r=0.182,0.229,0.202,and 0.190,respectively;P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that increased levels of RBC,Hgb,NLR and Cr were significantly related to the occurrence of HUA(P<0.05).Conclusion UA levels are positively correlated with RBC,Hgb,NLR and Cr levels in male officers and soldiers under 29 years old.关键词
