摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of different doses of alfentanil combined with dexme-detomidine in percutaneous vertebroplasty. Methods A total of 90 patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures who underwent percutaneous vertebroplasty in Bozhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the study subjects.According to the dose of alfentanil, the patients were randomly divided into the L group(5 μg/kg),the M group(7.5 μg/kg),and the H group(10 μg/kg),with 30 cases in each group. The heart rate(HR),respiratory rate(RR),oxygen saturation(SpO2),mean arterial pressure(MAP),bispectral index(BIS),visual analogue scale(VAS),and ob-server's assessment of alertness/sedation(OAA/S)of the patients at T0-T5 were recorded, perioperative adverse events were recorded, and the postoperative anesthesia satisfaction of the patients was collected. Results There was no statistically signif-icant difference in HR,RR,SpO2,and MAP between the M group and the L group at T0-T5(P>0.05),but the BIS,VAS,and OAA/S scores of group M were lower than those of group L(P<0.05).The HR,RR,SpO2,MAP,and BIS of group H were lower than those of group L at T0-T5(P<0.05),and the VAS and OAA/S scores were also lower than those of group L(P<0.05).The HR,RR,SpO2,MAP,and BIS of group H were lower than those of group M at T0-T5(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in VAS and OAA/S scores between the two groups(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the patient satisfaction scores(M group>H group>L group)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of 7.5 μg/kg al-fentanil combined with dexmedetomidine in percutaneous vertebroplasty demonstrates the optimal efficacy.关键词
