Methodological Quality Evaluation of Health Economics Research on Minimally Invasive Surgery for Gastrointestinal Tumors
摘要
Abstract
Objective To systematically review the health economics research related to minimally invasive surgery for gastrointestinal tumors,to understand the current research status,and to provide a basis for further health economics research in this field and for improving the quality of methodology.Method Literature on health economics research related to minimally invasive surgery for gastrointestinal tumors was retrieved from the establishment of the databases to June 30,2023,including the China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database,SinoMed,PubMed,and Embase Database.Statistical analysis was conducted on the publication status,research overview,and health economics evaluation content of the literature.The Quality of Health Economics Studies scale was used to evaluate the methodological quality of the included literature.Result A total of 9 615 references were retrieved,and after screening,99 studies were ultimately included.Among them,6(6.1%)studies had high methodological quality,93(93.9%)had medium quality,and there was room for improvement in the the methodological content of many entries.Conclusion The methodological quality of research on the health economics of minimally invasive surgery for gastrointestinal tumors is generally moderate,and more high-quality research are needed in related fields.关键词
