Research Progress on Pathogen Distribution of Postoperative Infection and Risk Factors of Infection in Renal Transplant Recipients
摘要
Abstract
Renal transplantation is an effective treatment for end-stage renal disease.In recent years,with the optimiza-tion of immunosuppressive regimens,the improvement of anti-infection strategies,and the advancement of surgical techniques,the infection rate of renal transplant recipients has declined.However,postoperative infections remain one of the main challenges affecting the prognosis of renal transplant recipients,and their occurrence is closely related to the immunosuppression caused by long-term use of immunosuppressants.This paper reviews the pathogen distribution of postoperative infections in renal transplant recipients and discusses the risk factors for infection,aiming to provide clinicians with prevention and control strategies to im-prove the long-term prognosis.关键词
