重症监护病房耳念珠菌医院感染的调查与防控

Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze a nosocomial infection incident of Candida auris in the intensive care unit(ICU)of the department of internal medicine of a teaching hospital.Methods In September 2022,C.auri was isolated from the blood culture of a patient in the Medicine Intensive Care Unit(MICU)of a teaching hospital.Sampling was immedi-ately obtained from different sites of the patient's body surface and ward environment.Matrix-assisted laser desorption ioni-zation time-of-flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF-MS)was used for analysis.Contact isolation measures and chlorhexi-dine wipping daily for the patient with C.auris infection were implemented.Training of knowledge about C.auris was con-ducted in healthcare workers.Hand hygiene was emphasized.Ward environment was wiped and disinfected.The effective-ness of prevention and control measures was evaluated by active screening.Results C.auris was isolated from sputum,fe-ces,scalp,axilla,groin,bed rails,and left and right hanging tower tables of the patient.After taking prevention and con-trol measures,no C.auris was detected from the patient's body surface and ward environment.Active screening of the physical surfaces and environment of the ward continued once a quarter,no C.auris was detected for the next six months.Conclusion Healthcare workers need to raise awareness of C.auris.Timely identification and the implementation of active and effective prevention and control measures can avoid the outbreak of C.auris infection.关键词
