COL17A1 对三阴性乳腺癌术后复发转移的预测价值
The predictive value of COL17A1 expression for postoperative recurrence and metastasis in triple-negative breast cancer

Abstract
Objective To explore the predictive value of the expression of Collagen Type ⅩⅦ Alpha 1 Chain(COL17A1)for postoperative recurrence and metastasis in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer(TNBC).Methods The study subjects were 148 patients with TNBC who were treated at Heze Municipal Hospital from March 2019 to February 2021.Patients were followed up for three years post-surgery,and the occurrence of recurrence and metastasis was recorded.Based on the recurrence and metastasis status,patients were divided into a recurrence and metastasis group(21 cases)and a non-recurrence and metastasis group(127 cases).Clinical data,cancer tissue COL17A1 expression levels of the two groups were compared,and Receiver Operating Characteristic(ROC)curves and nomogram prediction models were constructed.Results Differences in clinical staging and Ki-67 levels between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The expression level of COL17A1 in the recurrence and metastasis group was significantly lower than that in the non-recurrence and metastasis group(P＜0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis showed that clinical stageⅢ,Ki-67＞15%,and low COL17A1 expression levels were risk factors for postoperative recurrence and metastasis in TNBC patients(P＜0.05).The nomogram model showed high predictive accuracy and effectiveness.ROC curve analysis indicated that the combination of clinical features and COL17A1 expression levels had an AUC of 0.956,with a sensitivity of 85.7%and specificity of 95.2%,demonstrating high predictive performance.Conclusions COL17A1 expression level is related to postoperative recurrence and metastasis in TNBC patients,with low expression levels being a risk factor.The comprehensive assessment of clinical staging,Ki-67 index,and COL17A1 expression levels can effectively predict the risk of postoperative recurrence and metastasis in TNBC patients,thereby providing guidance for clinical treatment.关键词
