腹横肌平面阻滞联合全身麻醉对结直肠癌根治术患者苏醒质量、NLR的影响
Effects of Transverse Abdominal Plane Block Combined with General Anesthesia on Recovery Quality and NLR in Patients Undergoing Radical Resection of Colorectal Cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of transverse abdominal plane block(TAPB)combined with general anesthesia on the recovery quality and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)in patients undergoing radical resection for colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 136 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent radical resection at The Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group(general anesthesia)and a TAPB group(general anesthesia+TAPB),with 68 patients in each group.The perioperative indicators,recovery quality,analgesic effect,peripheral blood indicators[neutrophils(NE),lymphocytes(LYM),NLR],and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The dosage of sufentanil and propofol was significantly lower in the TAPB group than in the control group(P<0.05).The spontaneous breathing time,eye-opening time,tracheal extubation time,and complete recovery time were significantly shorter in the TAPB group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Postoperative NRS scores were lower in the TAPB group than in the control group at 2,6,12,and 24 hours postoperatively(P<0.05).Peripheral blood NE and NLR levels increased initially and then decreased in both groups;however,these levels were significantly lower in the TAPB group on the 1st and 3rd days postoperatively compared to the control group(P<0.05).Peripheral blood LYM levels decreased initially and then increased in both groups;the TAPB group had significantly higher LYM levels on the 1st and 3rd days postoperatively compared to the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions did not differ significantly between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion TAPB combined with general anesthesia reduces the consumption of anesthetic drugs,improves recovery quality and analgesic effects,lowers peripheral blood NLR levels,and is safe for patients undergoing radical resection of colorectal cancer.关键词
