Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect of crisaborole combined with compound Huangbai Liquid in the treatment of mild-to-moderate atopic dermatitis(AD)and its safety.Methods Using a random number table method,72 patients with mild-to-moderate AD admitted to the First People's Hospital of Jiangxia District,Wuhan City from June 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,with 36 patients in each group.Patients in both groups were treated with crisaborole ointment,and those in the observation group were additionally treated with compound Huangbai Liquid.The clinical efficacy,the Scoring of Atopic Dermatitis(SCORAD)score and adverse reactions were compared between groups.Results The effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.56%[29/36]vs.41.67%[15/36],P<0.05).After treatment,the SCORAD scores of both groups were significantly reduced,which were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions was comparable between the control group and observation group(16.67%vs.27.78%,P>0.05).Conclusion The efficacy and safety of crisaborole combined with compound Huangbai Liquid in the treatment of mild-to-moderate AD patients are high,which can relieve the severity and worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
