Abstract
The landing gear drop test is used to simulate the dynamic characteristics of an aircraft landing on the ground,and it is a key component in the design of the landing gear shock absorbers.Through a series of drop tests,select the appropriate oil hole size and form,adjust the internal filling parameters of the buffer system,check the strength and stiffness of the landing gear,and whether the compression of the tires meets the requirement.The 15 tm aircraft landing gear drop test bench,successfully developed by the China Heavy Machinery Research Institute.By adopting AC servo lifting technology,load locking and rapid release technology,automatic hooking technology,etc.,precise control of the dropping height was achieved,ensuring the accuracy of the released work and the measured work,greatly improving the overall level of the landing gear drop test equipment.In addition,this drop test bench has also integrated the function of testing the sudden extension performance of the landing gear during the catapulting process of carrier-based aircraft,meeting the relevant test requirements for aircraft landing gear on the ground and on the deck.关键词
