Abstract
The aircraft landing gear shimmy test bench is one of the core equipment of the aircraft tire dynamics system,used to provide load simulation,speed simulation and lateral excitation simulation for the landing gear and aircraft tires,and complete the shimmy test of landing gear.This paper describes the basic composition and testing functions of the aircraft landing gear shimmy test bench,which has completed the shimmy test of the landing gear and the static stiffness test of the aircraft tire.Based on the characteristics of each functional component,the strength,rigidity,and dynamic characteristics of key components are analyzed.At the same time,the actual testing process of the test bench is given to verify the correctness of the main functions and the reliability of the accuracy of the test bench.The successful development of this shimmy test bench has laid a solid foundation for the development of other types of pendulum vibration test benches.关键词
