Abstract
Oscillator is one of the core equipment of continuous casting machine,and its working condition directly affects the surface quality of slab.Oscillator of slab caster consists of two oscillation units,each oscillation unit is driven by a oscillation hydraulic cylinder.From the structure of the oscillation unit and the force to start the discussion,the oscillation hydraulic cylinder force is constantly changing,in the oscillation to the lowest position when the force is the largest;the center of gravity of the mold deviation is the main reason for the bias,the larger the center of gravity of the mold deviation,the larger the bias;the main function of the leaf-spring is to provide the horizontal direction of the pulling force,to control the bias,the greater the rigidity of the leaf-spring,the better the control of the bias.Optimization of buffer device,disc spring clamping device,optimization of air duct arrangement,and addition of access holes are proposed to improve the stability and easy maintenance of oscillator.The research results provide theoretical support for the design of oscillator of slab caster.关键词
