液压滚切剪反顶力作用机理及剪切断面质量优化研究
Mechanism of reverse force and optimization of shear section quality in hydraulic rolling shear

Abstract
To the problems of overload of shear force and poor section quality in hydraulic rolling cutting of stainless steel plates,an auxiliary supporting mechanism is proposed in this paper.Based on DEFORM-2D finite element simulation,the influence of counter-jacking force on shear process and section quality is systematically studied.Through analyzing the action point and size of the counter-jacking force under three supporting layouts(proximal end,distal end and tail end),it is found that the counter-jacking force can significantly optimize the stress distribution in the shear zone,reduce the maximum hydrostatic stress(from 1 800 MPa to 1 600 MPa),extend the plastic deformation time of the material and inhibit the crack propagation.The experiment shows that the bright zone height of the shear section is increased by 71.6%(20 mm plate thickness)and the flatness of the section is significantly improved after applying the counter-jacking force.In addition,only 12%of the maximum shear force is required for the counter-jacking force in the distal support mode to achieve a proximal support of 25%,while the trailing support further reduces the counter-jacking force requirement.By comparing the displacement and pressure change of hydraulic cylinder under the condition of cutting head and cutting tail,the effectiveness of counter-jacking force in improving the three-dimensional compression stress state and improving the section quality is verified.The research results provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the thick plate shear process,balancing equipment loss and section quality.关键词
