摘要

Abstract

To address the difference between the actual pre tightening force and initial pre tightening force before and after assembly,a numerical simulation method for the rebound behavior of hydraulic bolts with small slenderness ratio is proposed.Firstly,a numerical simulation grid model of small slenderness ratio bolts was established to simulate the entire process of using a hydraulic tensioner to stretch bolts,tighten nuts,and remove the tension of the hydraulic tensioner to complete assembly.Secondly,the stress distribution of bolt connections during the assembly process was analyzed,and the causes of rebound behavior were discussed.Finally,the simulations of rebound were conducted considering the effects of different assembly preload forces and slenderness ratios,and the simulation results were compared and analyzed with the test results.The results show that small slenderness ratio bolts will experience significant rebound when pre tightened using a hydraulic tensioner.The rebound coefficient of bolted connection structures is significantly affected by their slenderness ratio;The larger the slenderness ratio is,the smaller the rebound coefficient is;The rebound coefficient value obtained from simulation is independent of the assembly preload force;The numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results,with an error within 12%,which shows the feasibility of the numerical simulation method.
