宽厚板十字轴式万向轴强度与模态分析
Strength and modal analysis of the cross-type universal joint shaft for wide heavy plate rolling mills
摘要
Abstract
Through the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,this study has systematically investigated the fracture mechanism of a heavy-duty universal joint shaft in industrial rolling mills.By simulating different working conditions such as cross universal shaft clearance,work roller clearance,working angle,and balance force,the maximum stress concentration position of the cross universal shaft and its equivalent stress distribution law were determined.At the same time,the modal analysis was conducted on the universal joint,the first 6th natural frequencies and mode characteristics are obtained,and based on the modal analysis results,the structural dimensions of the intermediate shaft were optimized and designed.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the reliability improvement and structural improvement of the rolling mill transmission system.关键词
