Abstract

The efficiency improvement of deoxidation process in ladle furnace(LF)is a key link in the production of metallurgical clean steel.To address the industry pain points of low utilization rate of deoxidizers(≤65%),high labor intensity(single shift operation≥20 times),and severe dust pollution(TSP concentration>15 mg/m 3)in the current manual feeding mode,this article innovatively develops an intelligent spraying system based on dynamic deoxidization model.By establishing a mathematical model for dense phase pneumatic conveying and optimizing key parameters such as conveying pressure(0.4~0.5 MPa)and solid gas ratio of 25,the dual closed-loop PID control module,three channel uniform injection device,and intelligent injection control model were constructed in this article.Industrial applications shows that the spraying accuracy of the system get to±1.5 kg/min,the utilization rate of deoxidizer is increased to 89.2%,the dust concentration in the work area is reduced to3.8 mg/m3,and the equipment availability rate reaches 99.3%;The initial consumption of deoxidized carbon powder decreased by51.8%,and the mid-term consumption of silicon carbide decreased by48.5%,saving the cost per ton of steel.The fluctuation of the endpoint oxygen content in the deoxidized steel liquid is significantly reduced.Which verified the significant advantages of the system in process control reliability,environmental friendliness and metallurgical effect stability.
