摘要

Abstract

This paper focuses on the field of automotive wheel assembly,with the help of SolidWorks and RobotStudio software,innovatively carry out the virtual simulation research of automobile wheel automatic assembly line.Through the in-depth analysis of the actual production process,the virtual model is carefully constructed,and two handling robots are planned to accurately place the wheels and aerial crane transport workpieces to the robot collaborative assembly workstation,so as to complete the simulation process of automatic wheel assembly and testing process.This virtual simulation result provides a comprehensive theoretical support and practical guidance for the planning,construction and optimization of the subsequent entity production line.It can effectively help enterprises to foresee and solve the technical problems that the physical production line may face in advance,greatly shorten the development cycle of the physical production line,and reduce the research and development costs.At the same time,it can also reasonably plan the work tasks of the operator according to the simulation results,reduce the unnecessary workload,and significantly improve the work effi-ciency.
