Abstract
In the nuclear industry,medium to high level radioactive solid waste is packaged in product containers and stored in storage wells for temporary storage.To prevent product containers from falling during stacking and storage in storage wells,resulting in penetrating rupture and leakage accidents,or the large deformation and loss of gripping characteristics at the gripping point,simulation analysis is conducted on the drop performance of product containers.Ls-Dyna finite element software was used to simulate the drop performance of the container,and the structure of the container is optimized.The calculation results show that by adding reinforcing ring to the bottom of the container and adding buffer structure at the bottom of the storage well,it is possible to ensure that the container will not produce penetrating cracks at the maximum drop height,and the gripping characteristics of the gripper can still be guaranteed at the gripping point,meeting the drop requirements of the product container.关键词
