摘要

Abstract

As an important part of the radar system,the microwave sealing window is to ensure microwave energy transmission and protect internal airtight environment of the transmission system.According to the power transmission and sealing requirements of high-power radar system,a C-band double-layer ceramic dielectric microwave sealing window is designed.The window can withstand pulse power ≥ 20 kW,average power≥4.5 kW,gas pressure ≥0.2 MPa,and the leakage rate is≤1 × 10-12 Pa·m3·s-1.
