基于肝主疏泄理论探讨短期失眠障碍机制
Based on the Theory of Hepatic Excretion,the Mechanism of Short-term Insomnia Disorder was Discussed

Abstract
Compared with chronic insomnia disorder,there is a lack of clinical attention to short-term insomnia disorder,and there is no unified conclusion on its pathogenesis.A large number of previous studies have found that the liver is closely related to insomnia.From the perspective of the liver,this paper found that short-term insomnia disorder is closely related to the liver,and its pathogenesis may be the liver main excretion disorder,which affects the appearance of short-term insomnia disorder.Based on this finding,exploring the biological mechanism of circadian rhythm system and hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis regulating short-term insomnia disorders is conducive to broadening the research ideas of short-term insomnia disorders and providing a theoretical basis for clinical application.关键词
