Research Progress on Genetic Basis and Breeding Strategies for Soybean Oil Quality Improvement
摘要
Abstract
In order to satisfy the growing demand for health and nutrition,improving soybean oil quality has become a pivotal focus in breeding research.This paper introduced the composition of soybean oil and factors influencing its quality,elaborated on the genetic basis of soybean oil quality,modern molecular breeding technologies(including molecular marker-assisted selection technology,genomic selection technology,gene editing technology and transgenic technology)and traditional breeding methods(including cross breeding and mutation breeding).It pointed out that future advancements in soybean oil quality improvement will continue to rely on development of molecular breeding technologies,with multidisciplinary collaboration and cross-disciplinary research playing essential roles in implementing effective breeding strategies.关键词
