中国与东盟墨鱼及鱿鱼产品标准比对分析
Comparative Analysis of Standards for Cuttlefish and Squid Products Between China and ASEAN

Abstract
In order to enhance the quality of Chinese cuttlefish and squid products and improve their market access to ASEAN countries,this study compared the quality standards between China and ASEAN countries across six aspects:sensory requirements,grading criteria,physicochemical indicators,heavy metal limits,microbial indicators and veterinary drug residue limits.The results revealed variations in all six aspects.China's product standards were more detailed overall.For physicochemical indicators,China specified detailed requirements for volatile basic nitrogen in cuttlefish,and uniquely regulated histamine levels,whereas only Cambodia and the Philippines specified additive requirements.Regarding pollutant limits,China imposed stricter and more numerous indicators than relevant ASEAN countries,though Indonesia's cadmium limit was stricter than China's.Additionally,only Philippines and Thailand regulated Staphylococcus aureus limit,and Vietnam uniquely mandated limits for Clostridium perfringens.关键词
