德宏热区秋冬季不同海拔鲜食糯玉米品种筛选试验
Screening Test of Fresh-eating Waxy Corn Varieties at Different Altitudes in Hot Areas of Dehong Prefecture During Autumn and Winter

Abstract
[Objective]To conduct a screening test of fresh-eating waxy corn varieties at different altitudes in hot areas of Dehong Prefecture during autumn and winter.[Method]Nine varieties of fresh-eating waxy corn commonly grown by the people in Dehong Prefecture were used as test materials.A randomized block design was adopted,with different waxy corn varieties as treatments,and variety screening tests were conducted at two test sites at different altitudes(dam area,mountainous and semi-mountainous areas).[Result]All nine tested varieties exhib-ited good disease resistance and stress tolerance at the two test sites at different altitudes,demonstrating good adaptability to the climatic condi-tions of both sites.In the low-altitude dam area,the top three varieties in terms of fresh ear yield were Ruibainuo No.5,Ruinuo No.1 and Jingkenuo 2000.Among them,Ruinuo No.1 and Jingkenuo 2000 were rated as Grade 1 in quality,while Ruibainuo No.5,with the highest yield,had a lower overall quality score due to severe bald tips.In the mountainous and semi-mountainous areas at medium to high altitudes,Ruibainuo No.5 not only had the highest fresh ear yield but also the highest overall quality score,rated as Grade 1 in quality.For Mitiannuo No.2 and Tianzi 23,which had good resistance and quality,their yields were relatively low under the current cultivation mode.[Conclusion]In the low-altitude dam area,the demonstration and promotion of Ruinuo No.1 and Jingkenuo 2000 can be increased.In the mountainous and semi-mountainous areas at medium to high altitudes,the demonstration and promotion of Ruibainuo No.5 can be intensified.For Mitiannuo No.2 and Tianzi 23,further experiments can be conducted to increase planting density,explore high-yield planting models,and then promote their demonstration and application.关键词
