Abstract
In order to seek simple and efficient cultivation methods,different transplanting methods were selected to explore their effects on rice growth.Through field experiments,taking Nanjing 9108,the main local variety,as the research object,four planting methods were set up,including two row spacing planting,pot seedling planting and water direct seeding,to explore the effects of these four planting methods on rice growth and yield.The results showed that the filling rate of rice reached the maximum in advance under the 25 cm row spacing planting treatment,and then decreased slowly,while the late heading of rice under the water direct seeding treatment led to the delay of filling rate reaching the peak.Chlorophyll content in all four treatments showed a gradual decline with the delay of growth period,and the photosynthetic capacity of rice was stronger in the treatment of 25 cm row spacing at the beginning of grain filling,and the chlorophyll content in other treat-ments was slightly higher than that in the treatment of 25 cm row spacing at the end of grain filling.The order of rice yield was 25 cm row spac-ing>pot seedling planting>30 cm row spacing>direct seeding with water.The main reason was that the number of full grains was the high-est,the effective panicle and 1 000-grain weight were higher under the treatment of 25 cm row spacing,and the three factors of yield were co-ordinated to finally get high yield.In terms of quality,the rice yield(brown rice rate,milled rice rate and head rice rate)was the highest un-der the pot seedling planting treatment,followed by the 25 cm row spacing treatment,and the appearance quality(chalky grain rate and chalk-iness degree)remained at a medium level under the 25 cm row spacing treatment.To sum up,under the treatment of 25 cm row spacing,the filling rate of rice reached the maximum ahead of time,and the photosynthetic capacity was also strong at the filling stage,which were benefi-cial to the accumulation of organic matter in advance.Under this treatment,the three factors of rice yield coordinated development reached the best combination,and the rice quality also maintained at a medium level.Therefore,according to this experiment,the row spacing of machine transplanting rice in this area was recommended to be 25 cm,which not only simplified the cultivation measures,but also achieved the goal of high yield.关键词
