Abstract
[Objective]To study the effect of plastic film bucket cultivation on the yield traits of high stem old seedlings of Aloe vera.[Meth-od]6-year-old seedlings in the field were selected as the objects.0.06 mm thick PE material A(Φ 30 cm,translucent),B-type(Φ 38 cm,black)plastic film bucket were used to implement treatments T1(A,February),T2(A,June),and T3(B,October)in 2023,with adja-cent plants as CK.[Result]The single leaf weight of Aloe vera followed a normal distribution;after 100 days of cultivation in A-type bucket,an average of 19.4 secondary roots were grown per plant;significantly increased the number of harvested leaves per plant,with an increase of 4.2-7.2 leaves per plant;significantly increased fresh leaf weight by 60.2-165.6 g/piece;significantly increased the yield of fresh leaves per plant,with an increase of 4 773.8-6 282.8 g/plant,and an increase of 60.2%-79.7%compared to CK;the impact on fresh leaf yield traits was not significant in 90 d,but after 365 d,the larger the diameter of the bucket,the more favorable it was for improving fresh leaf yield traits.[Conclusion]The bucket cultivation technique for old Aloe vera seedlings has the potential for application.关键词
